Very good communication from the owner. Easy steps with a video to show how to enter the property. Good communication regarding parking space.
On arrival we were unable to gain access through the security gate. Perhaps the way to do this could have been communicated better but I might have missed an instruction. Very hot but we were here during a very warm period for the UK. Top floor means that the flat is naturally warm. Very noisy, again through no fault of the owner but the property is next to a set of lights in close proximity to a hospital and police station. Emergency vehicles would frequently turn on there sirens when passing during the night. Open windows due to the warm weather obviously did not help.

The property is big and comfortable. Very easy access to buses and stores.

The host was there to meet me and show me up to the apartment which was helpful.
If the host would have not been there I wouldn’t have been able to get through the gates to the carpark or known which space to use to park my car.
Maybe more instructions on this part of the stay would be more helpful for future occupiers.
