Es waren zusätzliche Decken vorhanden, da es am 28.3.2026 immer noch recht kalt war.
Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet.
Mini Balkon gibt es auch.
Von der Zugstation aus sind es etwa 15 Minuten zum laufen 1, 2 km.
Duschwasser ist ok.
Preis Leistung ok.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußerst unfreundlich.
Vorhandenes Brot von irgendeinem Vormieter war verschimmelt in einer Schublade.
Der Aufzug zum 7. Stock ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Ich bin lieber, trotz meines hohen Alters, hoch und runtergelaufen.
Das Appartement befindet sich in einem riesigen grauen Wohnkomplex.
Dort ist es auf der rechten Seite.
Ganz aussen ist Vero Moda, kein Textilgeschäft, wie in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnt, sondern ein kleines Bildergeschäft.
Da daneben ist noch ein Geschäft und da daneben ist Hausnummer 59.
Da drin befindet sich das Appartement.

Если опустить момент того, что вся мебель в квартире устаревшая, собственно, это и показано на фото, к этому можно было подготовиться. Но факт отсутствия отопления в не сезон - огромный минус. Заселившись в квартиру, был открыт настежь балкон, когда на улице было всего 10 градусов, в квартире имеется сплит-система, которая дула только холодным воздухом. Других обогревательных элементов не оказалось.Ночью было спать невозможно из-за холода, поэтому спали в тёплой одежде и под 2 одеялами.
Как итог, считаю, что цена завышена за предоставленные условия.
Также хозяин отказался оформлять регистрацию, так как мы «заселились всего на 1 день» и на такой короткий срок он не предоставляет такую услугу, однако в цену аренды жилья были включены налоги на данную регистрацию.

Nice place within walking distance (15 min.) from bus station. Also well located to walk to places around the city. Good communication with host. Slept well. Quiet apartment with private kitchen and bathroom.

Clean and easy walk from centre and bus station. Drinks available (if you drink coffee) and hosts allowed access while I found a cash point.
Mattress not very comfy and reliant on WhatsApp working/internet to communicate.
