The property in general was excellent however there was no thermostat in the rooms to regulate the temperature.

Only issue was using our navigation car system to access the hotel. It was telling us to drive the wrong way down a one way street. Very confusing, but was directing us to the parkade which was not easily visible. Little stressful. Had to park the car and walk to the hotel lobby to have things explained. Others were at the front desk with the same issue. But hotel is quite lovely!
