The staff was excellent, very professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast area offered a very good selection but could be a bit better organized. The hotel location was also excellent, especially due to its proximity to the Corniche in Abu Dhabi. I also highly appreciated the excellent customer support via WhatsApp, which was very responsive and convenient throughout and after the stay.
The breakfast area could become quite noisy during busy hours and could be a bit better organized.
