40 acres on privately owned Putney Mill Pond. Enjoy walking trails and fishing. Home is only 5 years old and comfortably sleeps 5, with full kitchen amenities, grill, washer/dryer. Close to multiple all sports lakes, Michigan International Speedway, and Meckley's Farm for cider and wine.

This house on a large pond was a perfect place to stay with my parents while attending my daughter's graduation from a nearby university. The host was very hospitable and accommodating and we truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was the perfect size for two couples to each have our own space, but would have also worked well with one or two more individuals. Our kids came over for a few hours one evening and it did not feel crowded with nine adults and two little ones!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy waterfront cottage. My 7 and 12 year old said the cottage was super cute - we agree! Loved watching the beaver and wildlife swim by on the pond and taking a stroll on the trails. Beds were comfy and the layout of the house was great. There’s a large space on the side of the house to play catch and run around with the kids. We locked ourselves out and Paula quickly responded. Shout out to her brother, who lives across the pond, and was able to get us back in. Paula was thoughtful about leaving out a towel and blanket for our sweet dog who traveled with us. As someone who works on fall prevention, I appreciated the grab bars and nightlight in the bathroom. Fun things to do in the area include playing pickleball, day trip to the University of Michigan which is a 45-50 minute drive, and Sandhill Crane Vineyard. We’d definitely stay here again. An incredible experience. Super comfy beds, privacy with things to do around you including hikes. Definitely worth the trip
