About this apartment rental
Listen to the sound of the sea from our flat and watch sunsets daily from the beach below or headland opposite. Wake up looking directly at the beach from our master bedroom and eat dinner and breakfast with a birds eye view of Porth beach from our balcony.
We are just a short walk from the Boardmasters Festival.
The space
Our flat is located on the top floor of a Victorian house metres from Porth beach. The flat has sea views from the living area and kitchen. The master bedroom also has a beautiful sea view and when you wake up you can see the beach from your bed!
The flat boasts a balcony over looking the beach with an outdoor dining set so you can enjoy dinner or breakfast al fresco, in the fresh sea air. The patio doors open wide so you can hear the sea when the tide is high.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers with a juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. There is a mezzanine level up a staircase from the living room which has restricted head height, there is a king size mattress on the mezzanine.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath and also a shower cubicle with water jets. Towels and linen are included, and there is a washing machine with dryer. 50MB WIFI is available and a smart TV with various apps installed and a dedicated Freesat box.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge freezer and cooker with grill. The living area has two huge sofas.
We also have a shared picnic area in the car park with direct access to the beach and spaces for two cars. Unfortunately we don't allow pets, parties or smoking in the property. A high chair is available on request.
