Great location, helpful and responsive owner, comfortable and full of character. Water, coffee, toiletries etc provided. Close to local piazza, plenty of restaurants and shops if you want to cook in the apartment. The owner actually offered us his own parking space as our hire car was too big to get into the courtyard.
The only problem was an extremely bright flashing sign in the courtyard below which was opposite the apartment (glass) door, it flashed all night - not ideal if you have someone using the sofa bed in the living area, was like a disco!

L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Il se situe au centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Les vidéos envoyées pour les instructions d'accès sont très claires.
Nous avons eu la mésaventure de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude , la chaudière ne semblait pas fonctionner, en Février ce n'est pas agréable. D'autre part le parking que nous avions réservé était difficile d'accès en raison de travaux et des sens interdits nombreux et il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture. Le prix du parking pour une nuit est un peu excessif.
