Top Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht zu laut.

Die Lge des Appartements ist unschlagbar. Sehr zentral in Warnemünde gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung hat muffig gerochen und wirkte etwas abgewohnt ( Bad ). Es gab nix für dreckige Schuhe zum abstellen, sodass der Schmutz direkt in die Wohnung getragen wurde. Im Durchgang und auch vor dem Haus war /wirkte es ungepflegt

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Strom. Komplett neu und hochwertig möbliert. Man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit mitten im Geschehen. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, gegen Gebühr einen Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus zu nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider sind die Sitzgelegenheiten total "durchgesessen" und nicht gemütlich. Auch die Betten nicht optimal,eines zu weich( mit Kuhle) und eines sehr hart...
