I like a lot:
- easy to get in (lock box)
- location (proximity to slope, restaurant and shop)
- safe parking space
- all the spices and kitchen cutlery, kitchenware were in place (salt, pepper, oils etc), so I didn't care of buying anything for cooking apart of main products
- warm
- nice bathroom
- quiet
- enough towels
- comfortable bed
- pleasant interior
The space for cooking is very small, but it's not really a big issue
No laundry machine, but it's available in the building
