Very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated, beautiful view, hosts very responsive+helpful
All is perfect, the only thing to notice is that you are a 30min walk from downtown Menton/ or 5min bus/car ride

The flat is lovely and the view of Old Menton and the sea is priceless. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view, the sunshine and church bells as well as the gorgeous evening view from the private terrace.
The location on a very high hill with a steep driveway to get in and out of the property was a little daunting at first as we’re older, always on foot and not so sure footed. We got used to it and enjoyed the close proximity to the train; a 10 min. ride to Ventimiglia, Italy or daily trips to Nice or Monaco!

The apartment was fantastic. Mia met us when we arrived and gave us the keys and an overview of the apartment and building facilities. She also gave us some great recommendations of good restaurants and what to do in Menton. Mia was also on hand via text if we had any questions, which was great! The apartment was very clean and the facilities were of a high specification. The beds were also very large and comfortable. The best thing about the apartment was the view from the from terrace, which was over Menton old town. This was like a picture postcard. We would sit on the terrace each morning with a cup of tea just looking out over the view.
We loved Menton. The old town is great, with some great restaurants in the town and along the sea front. The town has a great vibe and it also a great place to use as a base to visit other towns along the Cote d'azur and into Italy. The Menton Garavan train station was a short walk from our apartment and we took some day trips to Nice, Antibes and Monaco, during our stay. There are also a number of nice beaches in Menton, which were very clean and the sea in September was very warm. We used the Les Sablettes Beach Club, which was a private beach area. This was very good.
