Appartamento molto ampio e comodo, dotato di ogni tipo di comfort. Ben arredato e davvero appagante alla vista.
Siamo stati in pieno inverno ed il riscaldamento funzionava alla grande e il calore si manteneva bene all'interno (penso che l'appartamento sia stato ristrutturato in tempi abbastanza recenti).
Cucina ben fornita di quasi tutto il necessario (mancava un mestolo per il brodo).
Letto comodo, armadio in camera grande.
Garage privato all'interno del cortile (per auto di piccole/medie dimensioni).
Nella bella stagione si può usufruire anche di un piccolo terrazzino esterno (senza vista) con divanetti e una piccola griglia.
Il proprietario davvero gentile e super disponibile. Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che una delle tapparelle elettriche della sala non funzionava, e lui si è fatto in 4 per sistemarla il più velocemente possibile.
Forse l'unica piccolo difetto (non legato all'appartamento in se) è che il centro di Nimes dista quasi 1 quarto d'ora a piedi... ma nulla di sconvolgente.
I bidoni dell'immondizia fuori non si capisce come fare la raccolta differenziata. Erano tutti un misto di roba.

Bel appartement, bien situé, bien équipé. Petite dosette de café /thé disponible. Le lit était confortable, et l’environnement silencieux.
J’ai eu du mal a comprendre le système de serrure de la porte, et les escaliers sont un peu effrayant le soir sous la pluie car les allées de l’immeuble ne sont illuminés. D’ailleurs il n’y a pas d’accès pour les PMR non plus ou par un endroit protégé des intempéries.

Tout ! La déco style industriel et cosy comme chez nous, j’adore 😍la cuisine bien équipée…la salle de bains, la terrasse même si le temps n’a pas permis d’en profiter
