Der persönliche Empfang durch die Gastgeber war herzerwärmend. Die Lage ist Top, schön ruhig, man hört nur die Wellen und der nächste Sandstrand ist in 3min Gehdistanz. Das grosszügige Studio mit grossem Balkon zum Meer hin war jederzeit topsauber und gut eingerichtet.
Ich war schon in einigen Unterkünften auf Kalymnos, aber nur zu dieser komme ich jederzeit zurück.

Prachtig uitzicht, grote comfortabele studio en hartelijke eigenaren.
Je hoort soms wat verkeer, maar dat is aan de achterkant, niet vaak en niet storend.

Maria und George sind super nette Vermieter, Ein- und Auschecken lief problemlos und sehr herzlich. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und bietet den vielleicht spektakulärsten Blick der Insel. Die Möblierung ist eher klassisch griechisch, aber wer bleibt drin, wenn er eine riesen Terrasse mit diesem Blick (und sehr lange Sonne) hat. Parkplätze gibt es genügend am Hafen, der direkt unter dem Haus liegt.
Nachteil der spektakulären Lage ist, dass das Haus aufgrund seiner Nordausrichtung bei starkem Meltemi, der direkt aus Norden kommt, voll im Wind liegt. Dann ist die Terrasse kaum nutzbar und überall im Haus schlägt und klappert es. Aber zum Glück bläst der Meltemi nicht so häufig....

Ideally situated with a spacious balcony overlooking the harbour. Excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. The owners, George & Maria, live on site and could not be more helpful. Short walk to the jetty for the ferry to the islet of Telendos.
