In general, everything was fine. All the appliances in the apartment work.
I couldn't find the cutlery and only when a worker came and showed me the cutlery could I use it. I also didn't like that I was forced to pay an additional tourist tax of 15 francs, which was not mentioned anywhere. I consider this unacceptable. The bedding is already very old and needs to be replaced.
