Maribel Apartamento Moderno

Wir waren beim Betreten direkt beeindruckt vom gut geschnittenen Grundriss des Appartements. Besonders wichtig war uns die Lage – ideal zwischen Meer, Dorf und Padelplatz. Auch die Tiefgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet und man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Kleiner Tipp: an Tassimo-Kaffeepads denken 😊. Direkt darunter befindet sich zudem ein gutes Restaurant, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Vermieterin antwortet schnell und zuverlässig auf Fragen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles war super! Die Nachbarn auf der linken Seite waren leider manchmal ein bisschen laut, so dass man abends das Schlafzimmer Fenster erst öffnen konnte, sobald sie schliefen. War aber machbar.

Nice, modern apartment in a central location. Big, comfy bed. Big, west facing terrace with comfy sofas.

Several maintenance issues - kitchen cabinet doors hanging off hinges or not closing, several lightbulbs not working, mouldy silicone and stained tiles / grouting in shower. Electrics fuse if more than 2 appliances used at any one time. Sadly no patio table and chairs - would have been nice to eat Al fresco. Strange as it is a big terrace. Pool and pool area very dirty. Mould and algae in swimming pool. Food and rubbish around pool. Neither appear to have been cleaned during our 10 day stay. Kitchen slightly under equipped - no baking trays or roasting dishes, no tea towels, no broom. Apartment could do with a deep clean, particularly the shower. Extractor hood was greasy and washing machine mouldy (we cleaned both). Strange bed sheets - 2 single, empty duvet covers as top sheets on a super king size bed. Take care in underground carpark as it is very tight (take out full insurance!)

Everything!! Clean, spacious, and the same as at the pictures! I highly recommend this property and the owner is really lovely and helpful!
