We were surprised to learn that we had to pay 120 EUR for bedlinen (for 4 people) and that a security deposit of 900 EUR was required the day before the arrival. This seemed exorbitant and intransparent from the booking information, and made the experience much more costly than anticipated. When this feedback was given to the owner, the reply was very patronising of how in fact they are saving us money as they would otherwise have had to charge us a higher booking fee - an argument which seems unconvincing granted the price level of other similar options. In any case, being met with hidden fees rather than a transparent complete booking fee would certainly have been our preference, and may have made us reconsider booking this flat.

So handy to shops, restaurant and the beach. Kitchen was fully equiped for gourmet cooking and the apartment is beau fully decorated. The company managing this apartment are wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and some luxury biscuits were left for me. Meava was so helpful with any and every query I needed help with.
Drilling on private and also a development very close by from 8am till 4pm 5 days a week.

The whole experience was delightful. Maeve was incredibly helpful. The apartment was perfectly situated, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Very comfortable beds too. It was so close to the quay and the many excellent restaurants in Cassis.
There was nothing to dislike at all.
