Sitting on an enclosed three-quarters of an acre, this lovely coastal farmhouse is Washington living at its finest! Ideal for multi-family groups, or large families in general, this property features both a main house and a separate studio. When you aren't hanging out around the firepit or unwinding in the private sauna or hot tub, head for beach access at the Sid Snyder Approach, only 1.5 miles away.
Within a quick drive, you'll discover downtown Long Beach where you can explore Marsh's Free Museum, ride go-karts and play mini-golf, take a walk on the Long Beach Boardwalk, shop for a souvenir at one of the many boutiques, and stop for a bite at one of the many great restaurants. Also close by are the Peninsula Golf Course, Cape Disappointment State Park, and the North Head Lighthouse.
Inside, the updated interior is a place of pure peace with its soft furnishings, modern appliances, and ample natural lighting. The cozy living room features an oversize sofa and a large TV that's perfect for family movie viewings. The adjacent kitchen positively gleams with its sprawling countertops and stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or even alfresco! Additionally, right off the kitchen, you'll be pleased to find a desk that's ideal for remote work projects.

As the sun begins to fall, head outside where the warm glow of the twinkle lights illuminates family barbecues, s'more-making around the firepit, and star-viewing hot tub soaks.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera located outside the front door, pointed at the front door and front yard. Another camera is behind the house and on the side yard around the firepit area.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was great. Interior was cute. Sauna and hot tub were big pluses. Fully fenced yard. Dogs loved it. Neighbors were spaced apart nicely. Would’ve loved a little more privacy (fencing or covering) from the homes behind the house but certainly not a deal breaker. Very comfortable beds. Nice appliances. Used the grill. Very nice. Would stay here again.

We were unable to check in because they were still cleaning and had to search for towels, but the house and property are nice, although probably not the best for older adults.
