About this house rental
Close to the beach and harbor of Skødshoved, this holiday home is well placed for a relaxing seaside getaway. The property features a spacious lawn that provides plenty of room for outdoor play and activities, making it ideal for families with children. Guests can also enjoy the partially covered terrace, which offers a comfortable spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air. Inside, the house is well laid out with two bedrooms and a modern bathroom equipped with shower and WC. From the hallway, you enter a large open space that combines the kitchen and dining area, seamlessly connected to the cozy living room with its warming wood-burning stove. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, creating the perfect hub for shared meals and cozy evenings indoors. From the living area, you can step directly onto one of three terraces, most of them offering scenic views across the Bay of Aarhus. Whether you prefer a sunny breakfast, a shaded afternoon break, or an evening enjoying the sunset, there is always a perfect spot to settle in. The small, charming harbor is just a short walk away, and both sides of the harbor basin offer opportunities for swimming. With its lovely location, well-planned spaces, and beautiful surroundings, this holiday home is an excellent choice for a coastal holiday.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
