About this house rental
Large, architect-designed cottage with beautiful swimming pool area with saltwater pool (6.0 x 3.2 x 1.4 m), counter-current system, 2-person whirlpool, shower and access to the house's lovely sauna. The cottage is located on a large garden plot in very beautiful nature not far from Tisvilde town and beach. The house has a good, partly covered terrace area with garden furniture. The beautiful and well-appointed kitchen is i.a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, convection oven and stove with ceramic hobs. In the large and spacious dining / living room, from which there is direct access to the covered part of the terrace area, you will find the wood burning stove, DVD player, video and stereo with CD player. An energy-saving air-to-water pump has been installed for the swimming pool as well as an air-to-air pump for the swimming pool department and the rest of the house. There is free wireless internet connection. The house sleeps in four good double bedrooms and two beds with foam mattresses on the loft. The loft is suitable for children. The house's two bathrooms are both with underfloor heating and shower. Utility room with washer and dryer. Additional equipment includes a cot and high chair. The house is heated using heat pumps, wood stove, underfloor heating in living room, dining room, hallway, utility room and pool room as well as heating panels in all 4 bedrooms, living room dining room, kitchen and utility room. There is a carport for two cars as well as a sandbox and swing on the plot. The cottage has a really good location and is very suitable for 2 families or more couples. There are only approx. 800 m from lovely beach and not far from forest, tennis courts, cinema, restaurant, cafes and shopping. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious holiday home in Tisvildeleje! The five bedrooms provided plenty of room for our group, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, The outdoor terrace was perfect for barbecues, and the kids loved the playground, It was just a short drive to Tisvildeleje Beach, which was beautiful, Highly recommend for families!
