This spacious holiday home overlooks Følle Beach and is just 400 meters from the nearest sandy shore, offering a perfect seaside retreat for families and groups. With four bedrooms and a large bathroom featuring a two-person whirlpool, the house is designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area, with its large windows and high ceilings, flows seamlessly into the open kitchen and dining space, creating a bright and airy environment for family gatherings and shared meals. For entertainment, the property includes a loft (hems) equipped with a mini table football, billiards, and air hockey, providing endless fun for children and adults alike. Outside, part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and sunset well into the evening, whether you are dining, relaxing, or simply taking in the view over the surrounding landscape. The home is heated with energy-efficient geothermal heating and a heat pump, ensuring comfort throughout the year. With its combination of modern amenities, thoughtful entertainment options, and proximity to the beach, this holiday home offers a wonderful setting for a memorable seaside getaway. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
