Welcome to the happiest home in Pawleys Island! Sunnyside Up is a bright and joyful home just minutes from the marsh and beach. When you're here, you're meant to feel like a local. Relax, unwind, gather, getaway - Easy to do with our fully stocked kitchen, beach essentials, toiletries, linens, kayaks, bikes, and golf cart all included! Spacious, fenced backyard - bring your boat, your fur baby, or both. Slow things down and soak up the SUN at Sunnyside Up!

Our home is nestled in a well-established, residential neighborhood just before the marsh on the South Causeway of Pawleys Island. We know and love all of our neighbors! From our neighborhood, you can easily golf cart to anywhere on the island (grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc.). We are only a minute by cart to the marsh and a few more minutes from there to the beach access points.

Great property just like it was advertised! Lacey answered any questions we had which weren’t many. Great screened in porch and back yard. Mile from the beach and just about as far for all the courses Pawleys has to offer!
