About this apartment rental
This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 822 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and a private terrace with gas barbecue. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.
The space
The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.
When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.

The unit was as described, clean & comfortable and the location is perfect for a week in wine country. the resort facilities are also 1st class.
My only complaint is regarding the checkin process. After the desk checkin, you are required to go to the other side of the room to get the wrist bands that are both a room & resort key. Here, they put on a full court press to sell you a time share. They were very aggressive and held the bands. They were resistant to take no for an answer almost forcing you to commit to sitting through a second sales presentation. I have booked other Windom resorts through Vrbo and never esperienced this.
