The 1 Bedroom unit is 647 sq. ft. (may vary) and comes fitted with a King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in living room), DVD player (in most units), Ceiling fans (one in bedroom and one in living room), Washer/Dryer in unit, and an in room safe for valuables.
Please note that only around half of the 1 Bedroom Deluxe units have balconies. If you would like a balcony, please let us know after booking so we can request a balcony with the resort, but it is not guaranteed.
Includes elevator access. Stairs can also be accessed.
Guests have access to all of the resort's common areas and amenities, when available.

This condo is just a few blocks off 6th St, where there are many restaurants and music venues. The amenities are great-pool, roof deck, fully appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, on-site parking. I would definitely stay here again!
