Designed in a loft-style workshop style, the cottage has a spacious living area and a long, private east-facing terrace. This terrace overlooks a secluded natural meadow and offers a lovely view of the sea! Although there's no garden, you'll still enjoy a green and peaceful setting. The gentle sway of the tall grass in the breeze is particularly soothing. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by a mezzanine landing and share a convenient bathroom. You'll surely fall in love with the large bedroom with its light-filled glass roof. You can easily walk to Bretteville beach and explore the stunning coastal scenery, dotted with coves, lighthouses, and picturesque hamlets.
