We were there in mid-May 2024 and enjoyed it very much. A very nice villa with privacy. There are some older houses in the neighbourhood that are under construction. But it was never really loud. You can also hear the road but you are quickly in Altea and at the supermarket and that is very practical. You have to be aware that there are some stairs in front of the house and in the house. Not ideal for older people, for us it was a good fitness programme. We would certainly come again. Price/performance is good.
