This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Situated in a gated estate with a deep water boat ramp, great beach access with picnic areas, a tennis court, and bush and farm walks. Bring your boat for great Kaipara Harbour fishing or some fun wakeboarding.
Kaiwaka, the little town of lights has great cafes but is also perfectly situated 15 minutes from Mangawhai with surf beaches.

We were 2 family with kids and we very much enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Nice views, and good location close to the water and to shops (10min drive). We drove to Mangawhai for a day, only 30min drive. The house was very clean and spacious. The spa pool is a nice addition.
