About this house rental

Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

The host was very accommodating and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Bonnie was a wonderful host! Very communicative & gave wonderful suggestions. She even provided a gift card to the local coffee shop. The house was so cute and perfect for our getaway. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and offered many amenities including the ones listed in the property such as the hot tub, but they also provided snacks based on preferences! One of my favorite experiences.
