The location was handy for the City Centre and DeMontford Hall, within 10 minutes walk.
The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay.
Towels and soaps etc were provided.
The area was quiet.
The check in was not smooth. I hadn’t all the check in details when I arrived and had to ring for them. Then I was given the wrong code.
The stairwell and corridors were in need of some attention.

The location was excellent, near the station and very quiet. It was nice to have a washing machine (no powder), the cooking facilities were adequate, the apartment was very clean; it had a good shower and a comfortable bed.
The check in was fine but we would have preferred to have the details before we were right outside the apartment, for example, by email after paying the deposit, as promised. There was no wifi or tv for the first 24 hours. However, they did bring in a modem the next day. While it might have been a provider issue, it’s better to have it sorted before guests arrive. Lastly, one small thing - please fill the salt and pepper containers OR don’t supply it at all!

The bed was comfortable and clean, which is the main thing, and the location was also quiet. i was surprised to see a fan, which is a plus. Overall, the studio flat was clean.
The shower is by far the worst shower I've ever used. The water pressure is terrible, and it either runs freezing cold or boiling hot. i didn't like the smell, it was a bit musty and also the main front door lock was not working, it was just left adjar. There are no curtains, and the bathroom window has no frosting to it. One of the tenants on the lower floor was smoking weed, so the smell of it rose through the building.
