Moderní, čisté a útulné prostředí se snadnou dostupností do centra. Nadstandardní vybavení domu. Výborná komunikace s majitelkou. Svah pro lyžaře, začátečníky hned za domem s možností sáňkování. Hezká lokalita.
Návod na ovládání TV a propojení audio přehrávače přes bluetooth by mohl být součástí instruktážního manuálu. Je nutné si přičíst k výsledné ceně za ubytování i zálohu za elektřinu /250 eur, která se používá pro výpočet ceny elektřiny 0,35 €/kW./, turistickou daň a náklady za případné ložní prádlo a ručníky.
