Schön ruhig, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, hat sofort reagiert und die Klimaanlage in Gang setzen lassen, wir hatten das nicht hinbekommen.
Kuriosum: Dass gerade in der Küche das einzige Fenster nicht geöffnet werden kann, ist absolut absurd…

Zentrale Lage und Größe der Wohnung
Erst nach der (nicht kostenfrei stornierbaren) Buchung erfährt man, dass man noch nicht mal auf dem Balkon rauchen darf. Es wird sogar in der Begrüßungsmail mit sofortigem Rauswurf aus der Ferienwohnung gedroht, sollte man es wagen auf dem Balkon oder Grundstück zu rauchen. Die FeWo liegt im 2. Stock. Leider ist man gezwungen im 1. Stock an einem äußerst übelriechendem Schuhregal vorbeizugehen. Dieser Gestank zieht bis in den Eingangsbereich der FeWo. Für mich war das der erste und letzte Besuch in dieser FeWo.
