The location was perfect about 30mins to the coast. The place itself was lovely cosy and warm.. Anna the host was lovely and delivered some amazing home made warm mince pies on our first night.
My only issue was with the description and policies on booking.com which is provided by Sykes cottages.. it's not clear at all before booking that a deposit is required for the hot tub and also your card is kept on flie if there are any damages £200). That should be made clear before any booking takes place. Everything else was perfect.

Escaping The Rat Race Of London, We Found This Secluded Lovely Cottage Well Tucked Away From Any Main Road Traffic. It’s The Perfect Retreat With A Lovely Hot Tub To relax In At Night; Star Gazing After A BBQ. The Host Ann Is Near By And A Lovely Friendly Lady Should You Require Any Assistance. The Bed Was Comfortable With Good Pillows For Sinking Into. The Cottage Has A Excellent Array Of Books & Games If You Don't Fancy Venturing Out To Nearby Lyme Regis Or The Many Wonderful Area's Of The Jurassic Walk. Our Only Regret Is Not Staying Longer..
