O prédio tem uma estrutura muito boa - segurança, academia, piscina - os funcionários são muito prestativos, muito bem localizado próximo aos principais pontos e interesse na Lapa e a anfitriã Neusa estava sempre pronta para sanar alguma dúvida e dar sugestões. O ap está muito bem equipado, com micro-ondas, air-fryer, fogão, geladeira, pratos / panelas.. Super indico!

Não è taaao coladinho no metrô, mas è perto.
É um pouquinho barulhento nos dias em o bar Vaca Atolada que fica em frente está funcionando até 4hs da manhã.
