This was truly one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Being a traditional building, you might not have the amenities you would expect in a resort, but its charm, comfort and positive spirit delivers you much more than you would get elsewhere. There is nothing better to end a day at the beach then a quiet and cool sleep in an old building.
Perhaps the best aspect of the hotel was the staff. They were kind, courteous and resourceful. They helped us find a place to park our car, identify good beaches to visit, had a delicious breakfast ready each morning, and were sweet and genuine conversationalists throughout. You can tell that they are passionate about the hotel -- seeking to build community amongst the guests and ensure that each one has the best trip they can.

Ayvalik is a seaside town.
The hotel, with its own charm, is located in an area with restaurants and shops of all kinds.
The owner, a jovial and nice person, welcomed us with open arms. The comfortable room with a special design is wonderful.
The friendly atmosphere, good food at nearby restaurants completed our stay in this city.
What's not to like when everything is going well?
