The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are decorated in a distinctively Lucchese style with a mix of contemporary and antiques that guests love. The view is one of the best features of this convenient home, so close you'll feel like you can reach out and touch the square. This apartment features two comfortable spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a built shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The living room is spacious and the modern sofas will let you enjoy evenings at home. Every single details has been thought to maximise the comfort of the guests: quality brand new mattresses, appliances and a strong wifi connection. Air conditioning unit is located in the living room and in the double bedroom and the apartment is located on the second floor.

We had a fantastic stay in February at Casa Santa Croce. A fabulous, cosy, spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location just over ten minutes walk to the station and we loved watching the world go by from the windows. Very comfortable beds and plenty of comfy seats and sofas in the living area were appreciated for the winter evenings. The apartment was lovely and warm when needed and easy to control the temperature. We felt very relaxed and at home. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. The online guidebook was so helpful before we arrived and Elizabeth made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with all aspects of our stay.
A few more cups, glasses and bowls would be useful- we didn't bother using the dishwasher as we needed those items for the next meal but only a tiny issue and wouldn't be a problem if eating out for every meal.

Casa Santa Croce apartment is in a perfect location and we loved the large rooms and outlook from our windows. We loved to open the windows to let in sunshine and fresh air and look out on the piazza below.
We loved everything about this apartment except for the stairs which can be somewhat problematic for people our age with some health issues and when we have our large luggage bags. We had to pay to get our luggage transported up and down the stairs as this was impossible for us to do.
Overall we were most satisfied with our stay and wished we could have stayed in this apartment longer.
We were very impressed with Lucca apartments and Villas staff who helped meet any other needs along the way. Nothing was too great a problem and they always responded promptly to any calls. Grazie Mille to you all.
It would be helpful to inform future guests of the stairs in advance.

We love this appartement and also San Giovanni. After 5 times we still haven't enough an and we will come back for sure.
