Laundry, parking, fire pit, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen, provide easy living, all season long. Enjoy the suite as a couple, with friends or family. Sleeps 6. $300/night plus $50 per additional guest up to 6 maximum. Crystal beach was established as part of the Chautauqua movement of the roaring 20’s and deco era. La Boheme is located in the old Waterworks Building established in 1925.

Laura was an excellent host who was very accommodating for me and my young family. The location of the apartment could not be closer to the beach. The proximity to the excellent restaurants in Crystal Beach was an added bonus. The apartment itself was brilliantly furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortably weekend out. The bedtime story book in the den was a lovely bonus for the kids. We already can’t wait to go back.

This unit is located in the perfect spot to easily get to various places and to walk across the street to the beach. The condo is small but adequate for a short stay. Laura, the owner, is quickly responsive and most accommodating .
