The Space:
Property sits on beautiful crystal clear current river with a small fishing dock just below the cabin. Area is good for fishing. Area is swift water at times. Small children will need to have parental supervision.
Guest Access:
As a guest you will have access of the entire cabin as well as the back porch and full deck. There’s a fire pit and benches below the cabin as well as the dock.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet river front neighborhood in a secluded area of Doniphan
Other Things to Note:
This is a beautiful relaxing area to bring family or friends. We do have cabins on either side of us but the owners do not live there full time these are their second homes.
Interaction with Guests:
Cabin has wifi and land line telephone. You should be able to wifi call or use land line either. Cell phone service without wifi is minimal.

My sister and I traveled from both Northern and Central Illinois to the Doniphan area to scatter our parents ashes and the current river as they had requested. My dad’s family were all from Doniphan. We absolutely loved this Verbo. The one thing I would say is if you’re looking for somewhere where you’re on the water be in mind that while the site overlooks the water you can’t really just get in the water and swim. It says it has a boat dock, but that would not accommodate launching about. However, this was not a problem for us. It provided a very quiet and peaceful retreat. We

Terrific cabin on the lower Current. Bathroom is amazing and separates the bedrooms. Master bed super comfy. Daughter said the bed in the second bedroom she slept in was comfy. Kitchen has everything you need and the layout of the cabin really maximizes space and is very open. Spent all of our time on the deck or down by the river. I recommend you make sure you have the passcode before getting to the property as there is no cell service and you have to login to WiFi off the router password which is inside.

Beautiful property, home and deck. Good swimming right off the dock. Clean and comfortable home. Neighbors are a little close but not too bad. Very good time and overall experience.
