About this house rental
Enjoy a getaway with indoor & outdoor entertainment at this recently built unique, custom bunkhouse that includes cozy decor, high ceilings, and the essentials such as a 55" TV, electric fireplace, full bathroom and shower, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. It has a bunkbed (twin over full) and the loft has a queen size blow up bed that's especially fun for kids. Plenty of parking for cars and boats through use of the bunkhouse driveway.
Bunkhouse has a small porch with chairs and a box of lawn games, and plenty of room for outdoor activities with a fire pit and sports equipment available such as an adult and kids horseshoe pit, footballs, etc. Picnic table and hammock for lounging and hanging out. Charcoal grill available. The outside area has a lakeview.
Short distance to lake for boat launching at Elk River Landing Marine, across the bridge. 3 miles from the city of Grove and many restaurants, golf courses, bars and casinos nearby. Dollar General across the street is super convenient for last minute necessities (even a newly added produce section inside!).

This home was perfect for 4 of us to bunk up before a fishing tournament. Clean, surprisingly spacious, and comfortable beds. Will stay here again!

Clean, cozy, and excellent communicator. Was a great place to get away for a couple fo days! This place is also one of the few I found that doesn’t charge so many fees making their price double or more!
