Welcome to our serene and private cabin near Mt. Rainier! Relax around the stone fire pit, gather around the picnic table for a cookout, or soak in the bubbling hot tub - all areas are covered for you to enjoy them rain or shine. The community area includes a lake for fishing/swimming, a picnic area, a community building, and walking trails. Book now for an unforgettable getaway!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is around 816 sq ft. It is a two story home with a few steps to the entrance door.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room with a sleeper sofa that sleeps 1, kitchen, dining, bathroom with shower
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds
• Additional outdoor covered structures include garage, hot tub, fire pit area, picnic shelter with bbq grill, laundry room

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban.

We've been avoiding vacation homes for the past year or so due to increasingly high lists of chores to complete before leaving. This place renews my interest in staying at vacation homes. It was a very relaxing stay, the owners were easy to contact and everything was easy to find with clear and concise instructions for operation. Would definitely stay here again. Also of note, the photos don't do the place justice--lots of outdoor space that is set up well and the rooms are very comfy.
