About this house rental
Moon Tide is a newly launched lakefront home with breathtaking main channel views and unmatched sunsets. Enjoy the lake from the upper level balcony or the lower wrap around deck. While the outside pictures clearly show an amazing experience, we will add the interior area pictures over the next week. We simply wanted to share the home as many of the larger properties are booked for the season - secure your dates at this amazing lakefront home today!

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

- Pack Less Program TM offering full stock service in paper products, toiletries, spices and oils, coffee amenities and more.
- LakeDays by Design TM offering personalized recommendations for your group based on interests, ages & budget
Secure systems for guest & neighborhood safety:

- Decibel measuring devices inside and outside for noise control standards.
- Smart lock systems for timed guest access.
- Interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell - no video / audio on interior communication panel.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

House is a little outdated, not being kept up with, currently for sale. Wood rotten on deck. Nice lights outside for ambiance if more than 6 of 30 worked. Door to upstairs deck is broken and hard to open. Cooked on food left on dishes in cabinets. Dirty ceilings. I know it’s pet friendly and I love that, but it doesn’t need to smell like a pet. Ice maker doesn’t work and clearly they were aware bc they brought us a bag of ice and didn’t attempt to fix. Closet door has a lock and we were not provided combo, took over 3 hours for a reply after numerous messages and an initial hold one moment turned into 3 hours later. We had items locked in there. Listing says ‘game room’ …….there is no such game room…..unless they mean cards and Jenga in a closet?
