- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

So much fun we rented a boat and the location was close they picked us up at the dock! (Not pictured a big ladder you can jump off and a floatie you can hang on to float)The dock was fun nice place to hangout swim and even use the slide! Great location we were able to walk to the bar Nextdoor! Driveway is a little scary because it’s steep but nothing they can do about it! It was the best time plenty of room for all our guests! There were a few broken outdoor chairs told the host and hopefully they will fix them! They provided swim towels which was nice ! House was nice and clean annd it was sooo cute !!!! Overall I will definitely becoming back!

We really liked this house, and the modern updates. Everything was easy to access, the house is close to Osage Beach, so it was quick if we needed to pick something up that we forgot.

The host is absolutely right when they say the perfect location! Walking distance to Backwater Jack's and back in a nice cove so you don't get a ton of boat traffic past the dock either. Great dock with a slide, ladder, jump platform. Some of the dock furniture seemed to be getting a little older but still was great. Three bathrooms with three showers were a must for a girls trip. Listing has room for 14, only room for 13 in beds unless you sleep 3 in a King. Host was great! Even have a boat to rent for a very reasonable rate if you need one for your stay as well!
