About this house rental
Cozy and lovely holiday home with magnificent water views on a large plot in idyllic Virksund. Relax and enjoy the view in the cottage's lovely bright living room, which, like the rest of the house, is open to the roof, or enjoy the nice and cozy terraces on 3 sides of the house, including a lovely covered area. You can always find shelter or a spot in the sun by the house. There's plenty of space for real vacation fun, both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful, open and very bright kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, inviting dining area with the best views of the landscape and nature and cozy sofa group with TV. At the other end of the house, all 3 bedrooms and the house bathroom are located around the entrance/hallway. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the last room has a single bed and a bunk bed. The cottage is located on a lovely large plot with plenty of space and plenty of opportunity for various games and play. Both the house and the garden are perfect for pure relaxation. The house is within walking distance to the water in a lovely cottage area. The house also has a lovely large, open carport. Not available for youth groups or craft groups. For vacation stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
