We had a fantastic stay in this well-equipped and charming villa. The kitchen had everything we needed (including an outdoor grill), and we enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning. With two bathrooms, it was very practical for us as a family of five. The sofa bed in the living room worked perfectly, and all three bedrooms had AC – although the house itself stayed pleasantly cool.The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. There’s private parking by the house (a bit tight if you have a large car), and street parking was always available.The location was great – a perfect base for exploring both Nice and Cannes. But what surprised us the most was how incredibly charming the old village of Villeneuve-Loubet is! Narrow cobblestone streets, a fantastic wine bar and restaurant on the square, and a lovely butcher where we bought high-quality ingredients for the meals we prepared at home. There’s also a bakery on the square where we picked up fresh croissants and baguettes every morning.We would love to come back – to explore more, or simply to sit at the square with a glass of local white wine. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service!

Everything you need is there.Great location.Wonderful hosts.Full two bedroom home with lovely outdoor area.Recommended for a quiet stay not far away from Cannes and Nice.
