Apartment on the 4th floor of a building with lift, consisting of a large bedroom with double roof and a relaxing living room. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, wi-fi and air conditioning.
You will experience an authentic Roman holiday in this house in the heart of Testaccio.
This neighborhood stands out for having managed to maintain its original popular spirit over time, the local inhabitants are called "testaccini"!
Today, the Testaccio district is among the most beautiful, lively and characteristic of Rome and the area has become one of the most important hubs of Rome's nightlife and culture. Spaces have arisen here that host music, prose and poetry events. Like the former slaughterhouse which is now the headquarters of the Macro museum and the City of the Other Economy, one of the main artistic and cultural centers of Rome.
Night check-ins are not accepted in this apartment. Our reception hours are from 3pm (but even earlier when the apartment is available) and until 9pm. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the city tax of 3.50 euros per person per night, in cash. ATTENTION: FROM OCTOBER 1st 2023 THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROME HAS MODIFIED THE COST OF THE ACCOMMODATION TAX TO 6 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT, ALWAYS FREE UP TO 6 YEARS arrivals after 21, if authorised, require the payment of an extra
This apartment is located close to FAO, (10 minutes walk or 1 metro stop), 15-20 minutes by train from WFP and IPGRI and 15 minutes by metro from IFAD.
Just 7 minutes walk from Piramide metro, Ostiense train station and Eataly.
30 minutes from Fiumicino airport and the beaches of Ostia da Ostiense, with direct train.
Very close to a supermarket and local shops.

Our stay was fantastic. A beautiful and unique apartment in the perfect location. Only a few blocks from the wonderful testaccio market! Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was great with her communication and met us promptly for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again!
