About this apartment rental
We propose to you with the hiring, in Marseilles, this charming apartment with a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 31 m ², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful rooms, a bathroom. We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 31 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber) included, a sofa bed (for 2 children)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort: washing machine, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment, in a calm and green district composed of small residences and individual villas, the housing is located at 2 minutes with feet of the shopping center Bonneveine with its gallery of tradesmen in the open air, proximity of the village districts of Mazargues and Vieille Chapelle, between the creeks and the Beaches, the Old Port at 20 minutes.you will be close to all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit the contemporary art museum Le Mac and the castle of Borely,
- Go to the old port of Marseille by shuttle bus,
- Go to sea from the Pointe Rouge port to visit the village of Goudes.
- Discover the famous Calanques of Marseille at 10 minutes by bike, the Chanot business park and the Velodrome are at about 10 minutes by car.
- Visit the beaches nearby.
Transportation:
- You will be able to park for free nearby in the free parking.
- Nearest train station: Marseille at 18.6 km (about 26 minutes by car)
- Bus station of Marseille at 10.8 km (at about 24 km by car), bus stop nearby: lines N° 45 and 47.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence 32 km (about 35 minutes by car)
