Very good location, comfortable and fully equipped villa. Ready to help owners :) Nina is great! Excellent views, easy to get to main city points: Universal, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Griffith Observatory. Same time very quiet in the night.
One day, somebody made serious noise early in the morning. Not sure if it was neighbor or some civil workers team.

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin und die Lage.
Die Wohnung war teilweise nicht richtig geputzt, Haare waren auf dem Parkett und im Bad. Der Duschkopf in der einen Dusche hängt deutlich zu niedrig. Leider war auch die Klima- und Heizungsanlage defekt, man konnte sie nicht abstellen.
