The view from the numerous teracces on the numerous floors is amazing. Spotting the mountains, the sea, and the bay's ship and plane traffic is a big plus. Generous spaces for social activties, spacious bathrooms, comfy bedrooms with private balconies.
The kitchen is large, and the fridge is more then enough for 8 people. Fig, grapevines, orange trees in the garden. Although the house has AC's for all bedrooms and for the living room, we only used it once - in topmost room, directly under the roof.
You have to make a good uphill walk to get to the house by foot, but it worths. By car it's perfectly reachable, the house has 2 private parking places. The center of the village, the stores, bakeries are in a short walk distance, so as the beach itself.
If it's important to you to have a strong and relatively fast internet connection, I have a good news: we never had an issue with that. You can reach the WiFi all around the house and the garden, even from 10m from the house.
Our host Dmitry is a nice person, communicative, offered several local tourist locations and activities. He speaks several languages, and he was accessible almost anytime to answer our question, so as the houskeeper, who's also a really nice guy.
Plus one kudos for having the opportunity for bringing pets to the house, although we did not took the chance. Since the garden is surrounded by solid walls, the dogs it seems to be a safe place for dogs or other pets
So it's really a good place to stay if you visit the Boka, we recommend it.
