New, cosy, quiet, safe, even an elevator, parking place, washing machine and dryer available for customers. Very nice and friendly staff. A 30 minutes stroll along the shore to the harbour. There are shorter routes to the centre.
We will definitely come back.

We had such a lovely experience at B&K Rooms! It’s a small, cozy place, but beautifully arranged and equipped with everything we needed. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and every little detail made us feel at home.
One thing that really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of our hosts. We needed an extension cord, and even though they didn’t have one on hand, they actually went out and bought one for us, something you rarely see and truly appreciated. That kind of care and attention is what makes a place unforgettable.
We were also able to store our luggage after checkout, which made our last day in Crete much easier and more relaxed.
A huge thank you to Dimitra and Georgios, you’re doing an amazing job. Keep it up! The price was more than fair for such a charming and well-kept place. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

Nice location even tho not central. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to messages…Very Very clean. Would highly recommend for a 1 or 2 night stay.

We were here for two nights, and could not have been more pleased with the accommodation.
Check in was handled on line, and all the information that we need to access the property and the apartment was clear, concise and timely. The apartment was small, but had everything we needed, and there is even an on-site washer and dryer we were able to use.
The property itself looks like new construction, so everything is updated and fresh - bed was comfy and shower was adequately sized and had plenty of hot water. (If taking a taxi, or ordering a taxi, they may have a hard time finding the property, due to the fact that this is a newer build).
Anyway, I would not hesitate to book here again. It is about a 8 - 10 minute walk to any of the buses, but otherwise it is very well located, and safe and secure with card/code access to the building.
