Sehr nett eingerichtet, Dekoration. Neues Badezimmer top.
Leider keine Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern. Armatur in der Dusche macht keinen hochwertigen Eindruck und dürfte keine 5 Jahre überleben. 🙈

De locatie was ideaal, goed met auto bereikbaar. Parkeren voor de deur (wel betaald). Op loopafstand van centrum Monschau, zo'n 10 minuutjes lopen. Woning heeft drie verdiepingen, op begane grond keuken en woonkamer, op verdieping twee slaapkamers en een badkamer en via de kelder toegang tot de tuin. Zeer uitgebreide uitzet en apparatuur in keuken.
Sommige deurklinken zaten los en sommige deuren klemde waardoor deze moeilijker open of dicht gingen.

Fijne locatie vlakbij het oude centrum. De omgeving is prachtig. Mooie omheinde tuin, waar je alleen niet vrij zit.
Voor het eerst dat ik een negatieve recensie schrijf, maar dit wil ik wel delen. Er stond niet omschreven, dat je via de keldertrap naar de tuin moet. De terrastrap is niet veilig door ontbrekende tegels. De bbq was niet schoongemaakt. Het was misleidend dat er een TV aanwezig is. Het is een smart-TV zonder zenders, alleen wat apps waar je niks aan hebt. Netflix of Videoland is niet mogelijk. Ruime badkamer met een zeer smalle douche. Het putje zat verstopt. Er zijn geen kledingkasten in de slaapkamers. Het huis en meubilair is aan een opknapbeurt toe. (plinten, klemmende deuren, wankele salontafel)
