La vue, l'équipement hors salle de bain, l'environnement.
La salle de bain n'est pas adaptée, Par de parking. Cela a été le plus grosse gêne car l'appartement est situé à l'écart du centre, et le stationnement de la voiture loin de l'appartement en milieu pentu est une grosse galère, surtout pour des personnes agées.

Het is jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig was. Wel stond er een blower maar deze koelde niet.

leider hellhörig, die Obermieter waren ab früh deutlich störend zu hören, aufgrund der Hitze wäre Klimaanlage wünschenswert
