Great location, clean, comfortable for a couple, a family or close group of friends. The facilities were new and working properly. Good value for money.
Strong smell from the pipes, but we fixed it by setting up the drain properly (must have been set up incorrectly by the cleaning person). The AC was dripping on the floor, so needed to change the water container often, otherwise nothing to complain.

Di positivo la posizione, si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi stazione dei treni e centro. Posto tranquillo anche alla sera. Le stanze pulite e con tutte le necessità per cucinare.
Mancava un posto dove stendere i vestiti. In bagno mancava un tappeto per asciugare il pavimento dopo la doccia.

Convenient studio near Erasmus Bridge. City centre & trams easy to reach. Functional facilities
Booked for 3 and it was quite small. Only had towels for two. Located at street level it gets a bit noisy because of people/road/tram. No window that opens, so it gets warm and the air con unit is broken.
