The room was spacious with a clear view of the sea from which we enjoyed sunrise colors. Everything had a nice, homey feel as B&Bs do since you are in a home. The host was very kind and accommodating; the breakfast was personal and lovely. We did not explore the grounds to be able to comment. The location was just a quick 5 minutes from sea town Our only complaint was that it was a cold day and our room was not heated enough when we arrived and with only one heater working, it was not warm enough even as we fell asleep. It did eventually warm through the night. I would recommend warming the room way before arrival. Otherwise, this was a pleasant place to spend time.
